We believe that all of us have an Epic Purpose for which we live.

We believe that humans are meant to thrive, to fulfil that Epic Purpose.

And we need a radically new approach, one that builds on a new paradigm of forward-possibilities instead of legacy-challenges.

So we started a search, based on hundreds of conversations with people whom we have worked. People who were committed to creating and playing massive games in their lives.

And this approach had to fulfil the following criteria: 

• It has to require less time, energy and effort to create the same outcomes, perhaps even more.
• It will leverage what is already available.
• It will provide focus and alignment
• It is self-generating - recurring and has a massive impact
• It is practical, simple-to-understand, and apply
• It is quickly actionable

And in that process, we realised that there was no existing model that would give us all that.

So we defined a framework that would give us precisely that and the Strengths Quotient® was born.
